Technical characteristics
Series NN30 and NNU49 double row cylindrical ro- ller bearings are separable radial bearings.
Their main dimensions are standardized by DIN 5412/part 4.
They are used as non-locating bearings in bearing arrangements of machine tool spindles.Therefo- re,these bearings are normally used in high pre- cision tolerance class,frequently in
combination with reduced internal clearance.
These bearings also feature high radial load ca- pacity and are satisfactory for high speed appli- cations,providing a very stiff and rigid bearing arrangement.They are also commonly used with
tapered bores,namely suffixK(i.e.taper 1:12).
Standard design variants
Double row cylindrical roller bearings of series NN30 and NNU49 are produced and available ei- ther with cylindrical or with tapered bores.
Bearings of series NN30 comprise of a plain outer ring and an inner ring with three integral ribs to guide the two roller rows.
These bearings series are standard produced with a circumferential lubrication groove and lubrica- tion holes,suffix W33.
Bearings of series NNU49 comprise of a plain in- ner ring and an outer ring with three integral ribs to guide the two roller rows.
Non -homology
Double -column cylindrical roller bearings cannot withstand non -homogeneous axis
Tolerance
The NN30 series and the NNU49 series of double -column cylindrical roller bearings are often used as roller bearing.
Therefore, the bearings of these series can also provide stricter tolerance levels, such as P4 or SP, and other tolerance levels should be required.
List the detailed tolerance value of the VE0 dual cylindrical roller bearings and the VEO double -column roller bearings in the axial design in the bearing data/tolerance chapter.
